Manhole covers must consist of cover and frame that are produced according to TS ***8 EN **4. Manhole covers are used in ventilation or control, maintenance of wastewater or/and gully channels. Composite manhole cover with its frame will be manufactured from composite material. Composite material consists of polyester, fiberglass, filling material and pigment. According to type of product additional chemical materials can be added. Polyester gives resistant and connectivity to product, fiberglass provides mechanical resistance. Pigments would be mixed to composite material to give various colours. Pigment has to be mixed during production.
